Abstract:

Background: The mechanism of action of ultra-diluted homeopathic remedies remains a subject of scientific debate. This paper explores a biophysical hypothesis, suggesting that water structures and electromagnetic signals may play a role.

Objective: To review current theories and experimental evidence supporting a biophysical mechanism for ultra-dilutions.

Methods: A comprehensive review of literature on water memory, quantum entanglement, and electromagnetic properties of highly diluted solutions was conducted. Relevant experimental studies demonstrating effects beyond Avogadro's number were analyzed.

Results: Evidence from various fields, including spectroscopy, calorimetry, and biological models, suggests that highly diluted solutions retain specific properties that differ from pure water. These properties may be attributed to nanostructures or coherent domains formed in water during succussion.

Conclusion: A biophysical perspective offers a plausible framework for understanding the action of ultra-dilutions, moving beyond purely chemical explanations. Further interdisciplinary research is needed to fully elucidate these complex mechanisms.
